Quality - a way of life

We use advanced product quality planning (APQP), placing a high emphasis on the -front end engineering activity to allow the smooth transition of products into manufacture. We then apply statistical in process techniques to maintain a robust process and perform rigorous audits of all systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Our Quality Standards department is fully temperature controlled, equipped with four of the very latest Capability Maturity Model's (CMM’s) each operating identical software and able to handle components of up to two metres in length.

Approved to AS9100 certification and with company approvals from Agusta Westland, Airbus, BAE, and Bombardier, we strive for perfection in our product quality and are developing our reputation as a dependable supplier, working towards Zero PPM.

We then apply statistical in process techniques to maintain a robust process and perform rigorous audits of all systems ensuring adherence throughout.
